Release Time:2019-05-15 17:27:06| Browse Number:

     DTU is a wireless terminal device that converts serial data into IP data or converts IP data into serial data by using the operator's 2G/3G/4G network. Here's a look at the DTU application area.

The specific application areas are as follows:

Electricity:

DTU has been used in the power industry earlier, after more than a decade of development and maturity. The DTU demand in the power industry is still growing.In the grid intelligent distribution, intelligent substation integrated system, monitoring of important nodes of the power grid, have a very wide range of applications.

Urban distribution network automation system, real-time power grid monitoring and automatic compensation, power remote automatic meter reading, power distribution network on-column switch monitoring system, power line monitoring.

Oil:

Real-time online detection of oil pipeline temperature in oil fields, GPRS remote oilfield automatic monitoring and monitoring system.

Coal mine:

real-time online detection of coal mines.

Finance:

POS machines, ATM machines.

Communication:

power environment monitoring of telecommunications equipment room, communication maintenance personnel line data inquiry.

Public security:

Public security, 110, traffic police vehicle monitoring and dispatching, public security mobile data (ID card crime files, etc.).

Thermal:

Real-time monitoring and maintenance of thermal systems.

Municipal:

remote monitoring and management of street lamps, remote monitoring and detection of official websites, monitoring of urban energy consumption

Industry:

In the traditional industrial field, in the face of information technology trends, inefficient production models and architectures are shifting toward intelligence. For example, industrial weighing, industrial production line production, etc. have a very wide range of applications. If there is a relatively high requirement for the speed and amount of information to be transmitted, 3G/4G DTU is generally used in water quality monitoring. It is mainly based on its low cost, accurate data collection and timely characteristics, which effectively solves large-scale real-time monitoring. Difficulties make the intelligent monitoring of the environment a reality.

Weather:

GPRS weather information collection system.

Water conservancy:

water quality monitoring, remote control system scheme of reservoir gate, application scheme of water conservancy GPRS dispatching system, water network monitoring system, automatic reservoir monitoring system.

Life:

real-time data acquisition and automatic control of gas pressure regulating station, real-time monitoring and maintenance of tap water, sewage pipeline, gate and water plant.

Agriculture:

remote monitoring and management of greenhouses, monitoring and management of aquaculture, monitoring and management of agricultural water pumps.

Transportation:

street light monitoring, vehicle flow information, GPRS/SMS/GPS motor vehicle monitoring and dispatching system; bank cash transport vehicle, postal transport vehicle monitoring and dispatching.

Environmental protection:

pollution source detection, atmospheric environment detection, noise detection, dust detection. DTU is widely used in water quality monitoring, mainly based on its low cost, accurate data collection, and timely characteristics. It effectively solves the difficulties of large-scale real-time monitoring and makes environmental intelligent monitoring become a reality.

Sharing field:

The sharing economy, as the new darling of the Internet economy, shares renting houses and sharing umbrellas and other forms to sweep the land of China. DTU relies on its low-cost, industrial-grade design, accurate and secure data transmission, and is rapidly being used in shared areas. For example, in the application of shared parking space, the on-site DTU can be applied to the outdoor monitoring of parking space information on a large scale, and transmitted to the running background for unified scheduling.

Others:

warehouse monitoring management, elevator remote monitoring, remote crane management system, industrial energy consumption monitoring applications, gas station GPRS data acquisition system.

There are two products, DTU and RTU, which are often found in the wireless communication network industry. What is DTU? What is RTU, and what are the differences between DTU and RTU?

DTU has the following characteristics:

1. The networking is quick and flexible, with short construction period and low cost;

2. Wide network coverage;

3. Good security and confidentiality;

4. The link support is always online, according to the flow rate, and the user's use cost is low;

RTU has the following characteristics:

1. The communication distance is long;

2. Used in various industrial sites with harsh environments;

3, modular design of the module, easy to expand;

4. It is widely used in industries such as water conservancy, telemetry, and remote control in the fields of remote signaling, telemetry, and remote control.

From the above introduction, DTU is a wireless data transmission module, which uses 2G and 3G networks for remote data transmission. The principle is to pack the serial port data into TCP or UDP packets for remote data transmission. RTU is an analog acquisition terminal module, which is a device that converts analog variables into A/D format after A/D. DTU generally only transmits standard 232, 485 data, RTU can only convert analog data into serial data after acquisition. The DTU is a data transmission device and the RTU is a data acquisition device. The division of labor is clearly easier to distinguish.
