Q: Solution

1) Check the line connection: Operate the computer and connect it to the LAN port of the router, and make sure that the indicator (LAN) of the corresponding interface of the router is on.

2) Check the computer IP address: If the computer does not specify or obtain the correct IP address, it will be unable to log in to the management interface.

3) Check the login address: If the administrator modifies the LAN port address, the login address will also change to the modified LAN port address.

4) Enter the account number and password correctly.

5) Change your browser or computer login.

A. Change browser

Try changing Google Chrome, Firefox, 360 browser, Baidu or QQ browser.

B. Try to log in with your phone

If you are unable to log in using your computer, you can try to change another computer or log in to the management interface (using your mobile browser).

6) If the above methods do not work, restore the factory settings.

   Reset method: Under power-on state, use the paper clip such as paper clip or pen tip to hold down the RESET button for more than 10 seconds. When the system status indicator flashes quickly, release the RESET button.
